Glenn Jasper Managing Director Glenn Jasper is managing director of Ruder Finn Israel, a position he has held since June 2006. Before becoming CEO, Glenn was vice president of Ruder Finn Israel’s strategic marketing and international technology group. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring Ruder Finn Israel is successful in the areas of client service, company profitability and employee satisfaction. During his 13-year career in communications, Glenn has spent significant time on both the agency and corporate sides, working with small start-ups, specialty agencies, publicly held corporations and global communications firms. He has worked on behalf of consumer, telecom, technology, sports, financial and non-profit organizations, including Verizon Wireless (Bell Atlantic Mobile at the time), Ciena Corp., Dunkin’ Donuts, Mazda Motor of America, Frito-Lay, American Express Financial Advisors and The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Glenn also founded and ran Jasper Public Relations prior to his move to Israel at the end of 2004. From 2001-2003, Glenn was director of communications for Ciena Corporation (NASDAQ: CIEN), a provider of networking solutions which, at the time of Glenn’s tenure, was in the midst of the most challenging time in its history, having seen its stock go from a high of nearly $300/share to just $4/share. Glenn was responsible for developing a new communications strategy that would enable the company’s story to move beyond the stock price. Glenn’s capabilities range from media and analyst relations to strategic planning and corporate and internal communications. He and his wife live in a Jerusalem suburb with their seven children. He spends his spare time allowing his kids to climb all over him. |
